Fees claimed. Then shared.

The published policy allocates actual project fee receipts 50% to the community treasury and 50% to team operations and disclosed compensation. This applies to fees the project receives, after other parties’ shares. It is not a percentage of all trading volume.

pump.fun creator fees and Long claimable LP fees are claimed separately. Claimed $RIDE fees may be used to buy-and-burn $RIDETSLA or fund the treasury; that is logged in public and is not an automatic cross-chain burn. Hook tip / buyback on Long is separate.

Exact fee entitlements must be verified for each venue. Claims, allocations, and payments are reported separately.

A community with a say.

Eligible token holders can rank proposals and vote using their balance at the published snapshot. Ranking signals priority; a separate formal vote records a decision. Each proposal displays its rules and status.

V1 voting is advisory. Multisig signers execute approved actions and publish the outcome; votes do not automatically move treasury funds.

Read the receipts.

The activity feed indexes confirmed RIDETSLA contract events from the published launch block. A transaction can contain multiple events. Transfers are not automatically classified as buys or sells, and failed transactions do not produce token logs.

The feed shows its last check and indexed block. Use the transaction links to inspect the underlying explorer records. Network or indexing delays can make the feed stale.

Know what you are joining.

RideDAO is independent of Tesla, Robinhood, LONG, and pump.fun. A TSLA Stock Token pair does not make $RIDETSLA Tesla equity. $RIDE and $RIDETSLA are different contracts on different chains. Stock Token eligibility restrictions, including restrictions on U.S. persons, may prevent participation. RideDAO cannot waive venue or issuer restrictions.

Token prices, liquidity, fees, and venue availability are uncertain. Contract and custody risks apply. No returns, treasury redemption, automatic yield, or future business rights are promised.

Your wallet, your data.

The app never asks for private keys or seed phrases. Public wallet addresses are sent to the server and RPC provider to read balances and snapshots. Infrastructure providers may receive request metadata.

Signed rankings, ballots, wallet addresses, and published transaction reports form public records. Disconnecting a wallet does not erase earlier records. Admin sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Connecting the official X account uses a temporary connection cookie; its access tokens are encrypted on the server. Studio drafts are visible only to authorized administrators until published. The homepage fetches official X posts through a server cache. No advertising analytics are included.
